We have laid the foundations of our company with the workshop opened by Olcay Denizli in Kasımpaşa district in the early 1960’s. Having manufactured molds under limited industrial conditions of Turkey, our company met the needs of the sector in those years.

In year 1975, Mr. Olcay Denizli developed a passion for metal injection machines and started the first studies in this field. After great efforts and hard and disciplined works, Turkey’s first domestic metal injection machine was manufactured by our Company and started to be used in our Company.

By 1980s, Mr. Olcay Denizli not only manufactured molds for Commercial Vehicles but also started mass production in lock and lock components in line with the demands of the key industry firms.

In year 1987, Olcay Kilit moved to a larger factory site to extend its production site and continued to provide its services there.

When it comes to 1996, our Company has started its institutionalization works and turned into a limited company in line with the demands of Key Industry Firms of the Commercial Vehicle sector of Turkey.

In year 2000, Olcay Kilit Company has moved to its factory site in Pendik district of İstanbul and still continues its manufacturing works there.

As one of the first companies to receive the IATF 16949 certificate, it further strengthened its position in the sector.

Olcay Kilit has started to serve as a Joint Stock Company since 2017.
